The Home Eye Clinic is a fully registered opticians and has been providing Home Eye Tests since 2003. We are fully registered with the General Optical Council, the UK regulatory body for the Ophthalmic profession. Our professional company registration number is CO-3357.
We are an Independent Optician and specialise in the provision for elderly, disabled or young people who have difficulty attending a traditional High Street practise. Being a specialist home visit optician allows us to maintain our competitive pricing advantage over other nationwide providers.
Our Optometrists have experience of working in a "home" setting as well as having the necessary qualities of patience, empathy and understanding that is required to serve our clients. They are equipped with a wide range of ophthalmic equipment allowing them to provide a complete Home Eye Examination & Spectacle service to a standard of Eye-Care that is comparable to a High Street practise.
Our Head Office is based in Birmingham and we are currently provide our home visit eye care service to eligible people in the Midlands.
